By using Habis, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply globally; however, if you are a consumer in a region with mandatory local laws (like the EU or California), those laws may provide you with additional rights that these terms do not override.
1. The Habis Ecosystem
Habis is a high-performance environment designed for habit engineering, task management, and knowledge organization.
- Habit Engineering: We use "Binary Win" logic—no half-measures, only 100% success counts.
- Global Resilience: Your world streaks survive if completion is ≥80%.
- Task Architecture: Hierarchical task trees with a "Clone Pattern" for recurrence.
- Knowledge Pillars: Six specialized note types including self-destructing "Burn Notes."
- The Truth Engine: Deterministic behavioral data powering your Wow Moments.
2. System Logic & Evolution
A 7-day grace period is enforced for editing historical data. 'Burn' notes are permanently purged 24 hours after creation and are unrecoverable. Our current "Daily Coach" uses local, deterministic algorithms. Advanced LLM integration is currently in a code-only development phase.
3. Data Ownership & Sovereignty
You own everything you create. We provide tools for JSON export and Google Drive/iCloud backup. Our "Zero-Knowledge" architecture uses ChaCha20 + GZIP v4 stream encryption. Since we don't store your keys, data is unrecoverable if you lose your device and linked account.
4. Disclaimers
Insights from the 'Daily Coach' are for motivation only. We are not a medical, legal, or financial service. The app is provided "as-is". Notification delivery is on a best-effort basis due to OS battery optimization constraints.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled through arbitration in Bengaluru, India. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in your specific region (e.g., GDPR/CCPA/LGPD).
